Board IndexThe Board Index lists information about all the visible message boards on the system. It lists
the name of the board, the owner, the time of the last post to the board, and whether or not you
are subscribed to the group. You can click on the column headings at the top of the list to sort
by that column, and you can click the newspaper icons in the subscribe column to subscribe or
unsubscribe the group. Also, if you know the group ID of a board that is not listed on the index,
you can enter it into the form at the bottom of the page to jump directly to that board.
NOTE: The Board Index contains a listing of all VISIBLE boards, not all PUBLIC boards. If a board
is not public, you will not be able to view it unless you have been invited to that group and you
are a member. If you try to access a private board that you are not a member of, you will be given
an access denied error as well as a boardmail link to request that you be invited to that group by
the owner.
